Michał Jasiński

Michał is a qualified attorney-at-law (radca prawny) with nearly 20 years of experience in providing legal services for business entities specializing in, among others:

  • mergers and acquisitions,
  • commercial contracts,
  • banking and financial law,
  • company law,
  • real estate.

In addition, Michał has many years of experience in execution and coordination of cross-border projects.

Michał worked in the banking law department of the international law firm Baker McKenzie and as a lawyer in an investment fund managing the assets of one of the largest capital groups in Poland. In the course of his long-standing practice, he was involved in numerous domestic and international M&A transactions.
