Lidia Dziurzyńska – Leipert is a qualified attorney-at-law (radca prawny) and Partner at DBC. She is an experienced transactional lawyer advising clients for more than 20 years on various real estate transactions and construction law matters. Lidia is individually recommended or acknowledged as leading lawyer by Chambers Europe, Legal500 and Rzeczpospolita analysts.
She represents clients in asset and share deal transactions involving single assets as well as asset portfolios. Lidia has advised on lease agreements of various asset classes like office, retail, logistic or hotel. She represents clients in forward funding and on forward purchase projects. Lidia is experienced in advising on development schemes incl. large-scale mixed-use investments. Lidia has been working on cross-border transactions working with international clients particularly from DACH region.
Her areas of interest include legal transformation in the real estate and construction sectors in light of the Green Deal (green contracts, standardization, certification, digitalization, and automation).
Lidia is recognized as an expert in construction and installation contract law, representing both domestic and international clients in the execution of major development, infrastructure (roads, railways, sports facilities), and installation-assembly projects. She spent 18 years as a partner in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS. Before joining CMS, she worked at Lovells and Clifford Chance.
In her free time Lidia plays piano and enjoys reading literary fiction.
