Zofia Nejthardt is a qualified attorney-at-law (radca prawny) with several years of experience in real estate and construction areas as well as litigation. Prior to joining DBC, she worked for major law firms in Poland, including 7,5 years of employment in CMS Cameron McKenna.
She specialises in real estate law and construction and infrastructure investments. Zofia advised general contractors in connection with the implementation and settlement of railway investments as well as other infrastructure projects, including large volume facilities, also representing such entities in court disputes. She advises Polish and foreign companies operating in the construction and real estate industry, representing them in court proceedings concerning construction investments, as well as in disputes arising from lease agreements.
As part of her professional experience, she has provided long-term asset management advisory for an office park owner, offering ongoing legal support, in particular through leasing process, drafting and negotiating lease agreements, but also representing the client in litigation and arbitration disputes, as well as in administrative proceedings.
In her free time, Zofia enjoys long walks with her dog.
